Internship – Sales & Operations Department

SMA Visa Services is looking for a confident and motivated Internee to join our Sales & Operations Department.

Key Responsibilities: Sales Department:

  • Handle sales calls confidently and follow up with potential clients.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to build trust and close deals.
  • Assist in lead generation and converting leads into successful sales.
  • Maintain professional communication with clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Support the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets.

Operations Department:

  • Process client cases using different websites, portals, and job tools.
  • Conduct research to support visa applications and documentation.
  • Draft and manage professional English correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate client files, records, and databases.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the department.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of computers and internet research.
  • Completed degree (ongoing studies will not be entertained).
  • Exception: Candidates currently enrolled but without classes during duty hours may be considered
  • Excellent English communication and writing skills.
  • Confident personality with ability to handle clients professionally.
  • Quick learner with positive attitude and interpersonal skills.
  • Well-presentable and eager to develop new skills.
  • Must be able to commute daily to DHA Phase 1 (Near Tooba Masjid).

Preference Will Be Given To Candidates From Nearby Areas:

DHA, Clifton, Gizri, Korangi Crossing, Saddar, Mehmoodabad, SMCHS, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Bahadurabad.

Important Note:

Do not apply if you cannot manage daily travel to DHA Phase 1.

Only nearby candidates will be considered.
