Role and Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities by actively prospecting and identifying potential clients in need of truck dispatch services.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and providing them with excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with our operations team to ensure seamless coordination of loads, timely deliveries, and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new sales strategies and opportunities.
- Prepare and present persuasive sales proposals and negotiate contracts to secure new business.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using our CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Compensation: As a Truck Dispatch Sales Account Executive, you will receive a lucrative commission structure. We are offering a recurring commission of 5% from the profit. This commission structure provides uncapped earning potential, giving you the opportunity to significantly increase your income based on your sales performance.
Desired Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals and meet sales targets.
- Knowledge of truck dispatch operations, logistics, and supply chain management is a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer relationships and sales activities.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Must be able to work in US Time Zone
