Role Description

This full-time on-site role, based in Rawalpindi, is for a Lead Generation Specialist. The role involves identifying potential clients, researching target markets, generating qualified leads, and maintaining a database of prospects. Day-to-day tasks include reaching out to potential clients via email, phone, or social media, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies. You will also monitor lead performance and suggest improvements to achieve better conversions.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in lead generation, prospect identification, and researching target markets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage potential clients effectively
  • Experience in email outreach, social media management, and CRM tools
  • Analytical abilities to track lead performance and suggest actionable improvements
  • Understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, content marketing, and social media marketing
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in a lead generation role or a related position is an advantage
