Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Truck Dispatcher, based in Lahore. The Truck Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating daily schedules, maintaining communication with drivers and brokers, negotiating rates, and resolving operational issues. The role involves preparing accurate documentation, monitoring loads, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to effectively coordinate with truckers and brokers.
  • Strong organizational skills, task prioritization, and attention to detail for managing schedules and resolving operational tasks.
  • Experience with logistics, dispatch systems, and transportation software applications is beneficial.
  • Ability to analyze, solve problems, and adapt to rapidly changing scenarios within the trucking industry.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards.
  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, business, or a related field preferred but not mandatory.
  • Prior experience in truck dispatch or a relevant logistics role is a plus.
