Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the Director to meetings, offices, and other destinations in a safe and timely manner.
  • Maintain the assigned vehicle in excellent condition by performing regular checks (oil, water, brakes, tires, fuel, etc.).
  • Ensure cleanliness of the vehicle (interior and exterior) at all times.
  • Follow traffic laws, regulations, and company policies strictly.
  • Plan routes and manage travel time to avoid delays.
  • Ensure confidentiality and maintain professional behavior while interacting with the Director and associates.
  • Handle minor vehicle repairs/arrangements for maintenance when required.
  • Maintain logbook of daily travel, mileage, fuel consumption, and servicing.
  • Assist the Director with loading/unloading of documents, parcels, or light items if required.
  • Remain available and flexible as per the Director's schedule, including after-hours or weekends if needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7–8 years of proven experience as a professional driver, preferably for senior executives/directors.
  • Valid LTV driving license with clean driving record.
  • Strong knowledge of Lahore city routes and traffic regulations.
  • Good communication skills and professional appearance.
  • Trustworthy, punctual, and discreet (must maintain confidentiality of Director's movements).
  • Physically fit and attentive to vehicle safety/security.

Education:

  • Minimum F.A or equivalent.
