Job Description:
We are looking for an
onsite Sales Development Representative (SDR)
to join our team in Karachi. This is a
performance-driven role
where you will handle outbound calling, qualify prospects, and book demos for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make 60–80 outbound calls daily (leads provided).
- Identify business needs and qualify prospects.
- Book 3–5 qualified demos per week.
- Update CRM with call notes and follow-ups.
- Support the sales closing process through qualified leads.
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Confident, resilient, and target-driven personality.
- Telesales/call center experience preferred (not mandatory).
- Must be able to work onsite at Techrypt Karachi office.
Compensation & Growth:
- Commission from day one (per booked & attended demo).
- Payroll (base stipend) begins once you contribute to your
first closed sale
