FACTOR LED Lighting, a leading manufacturer of energy-efficient lighting solutions, is expanding its sales team We are hiring experienced Area Sales Managers to drive growth across 
Multan, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and Sukkur

. If you have a proven track record in B2B sales within the LED lighting, electrical, or building materials industry, we want you on our team

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop and manage distributor/dealer networks in the assigned territory.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders (contractors, builders, project managers).
  • Conduct market visits to identify new opportunities and monitor competition.
  • Implement sales strategies to expand FACTOR LED's market presence.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience in 
    LED lighting, electrical products, or building materials
    .
  • Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of the local market in the applied city.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
