MTBC is looking for a creative and technically skilled Front-End UI/UX Developer

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop
    user interfaces
    for websites and web-based applications with creativity and precision.
  • Create
    interactive, fully responsive UI designs
    from concept to completion.
  • Translate
    complex ideas
    into clear, intuitive, and elegant user experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with developers to bridge the gap between design and technical implementation.
  • Define how applications
    look and function
    , ensuring both aesthetic quality and performance.
  • Develop web pages and components using
    HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, and JavaScript/jQuery
    .
  • Build solutions that align with
    institutional design standards
    and industry best practices.
  • Apply
    progressive enhancement, mobile-first, and future-friendly design
    principles.
  • Work with
    Bootstrap
    and have a good understanding of
    LESS
    and
    SASS
    .
  • Adhere to MTBC's
    information security and privacy policies
    .
  • Protect digital assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or interference.


What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a
    Front-End Developer / UI Designer
    .
  • Strong command of
    HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, JavaScript/jQuery
    , and
    Bootstrap
    .
  • Understanding of
    responsive design principles
    and
    cross-browser compatibility
    .
  • Experience in
    design-to-development workflows
    .
  • Creative mindset with logical problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
