Your Role at Marqon

As our Graphic Designer, you'll be the
visual architect of brand identity
. From digital campaigns and social media visuals to brand guidelines and motion graphics, you'll ensure every design tells a story, evokes emotion, and leaves a lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and create
    visually striking designs
    across digital, print, and social media platforms.
  • Develop and maintain
    brand guidelines
    to ensure visual consistency across all creative outputs.
  • Collaborate closely with strategists, copywriters, and digital marketers to craft
    integrated campaigns

  • Transform ideas into

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (agency experience is a plus).
  • A
    strong portfolio
    showcasing digital, print, and branding projects.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects a plus).
  • Familiarity with design tools like Figma or Canva (bonus if you love experimenting with new tech).
  • A sharp eye for typography, color, and composition.
  • Ability to
    translate complex ideas into simple, striking visuals
