We are a reputable and growing security services organization dedicated to providing high-quality protection solutions to our clients. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a reliable and professional Remote Controller to support our weekend operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Shift Scheduling: Plan, assign, and manage shift schedules for security officers to ensure full coverage and compliance with client requirements.

Client Correspondence: Communicate professionally with clients via email to address scheduling needs, updates, or inquiries.

Officer Vetting: Conduct background checks, reference verifications, and general vetting of potential security personnel.

Requirements:

Candidate with experience / without experience both can apply , as training will be provided.

Excellent English written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Basic knowledge of marketing and social media platforms

Ability to work independently during weekends with minimal supervision

Reliable internet connection and computer setup suitable for remote work
