TGS is looking for dynamic and self driven 3PL Drayage Coordinator (Amazon Deliveries). This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who are passionate about gaining hands on knowledge on global Supply Chain norms environment.

The role encompasses the building business with potential customers and Logistics / Supply Chain Solutions in the USA market.

KEY HIGHLIGHTS

Location - Karachi

Work Days - Monday till Friday (Night Shift)

Shift hours - 06 PM till 03 AM (No Rosters)

Job Type - Full time (regular) On Site

Preference will be given to applicants who are available to work on-site during night shifts.

Incentives: Incentive on seamless handling of the volume / carrier recruitment (limitations apply as per company policies)

Responsibilities:

Own the daily dispatch cycle — from auction emails and carrier assignments to tracking and delivery follow-ups

Keep shipments on schedule by tackling delays head-on and booking appointments through Amazon Portals.

Build strong relationships with customers, providing timely updates and solutions that inspire confidence.

Provide timely updates to house customers and maintain clear communication with the Overseas team.

Maintain complete and accurate shipment records — from Rate Con, DO, BL, Gate tickets and PODs. or other applicable paperwork.

Partner with Finance to ensure timely onboarding and timely Payments of carriers.

Keep company portals and Sheets updated with load statuses, records, and logs

Optimize the operational efficacy through timely responses to the new inquiries.

Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, or service issues professionally.

Updating the monthly / fortnight records of completed vs incomplete loads on company portal.

Maintain the assigned daily logs of dispatch activities, load statuses and inquiries.

Getting acclimated with transportation management systems (TMS) and other software's to track and manage load schedules.

Pre-Requisites

  • Exceptional command of spoken and written English.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Proven persuasive communication skills with the ability to inspire, lead, and take ownership of a team.
  • Skilled at managing multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising quality.
  • Resilient under pressure, with a track record of meeting tight deadlines.
  • 6–12 months of proven experience in a similar role required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs55, Rs70,000.00 per month
