Summary:

We are looking for a creative and skilled 2D Animator and Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing engaging animations and high-quality video content that aligns with our brand and communication goals. You will work closely with the creative team to bring concepts to life through motion graphics, animated characters, and video storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality 2D animations for videos, social media, advertisements, and more.
  • Edit raw video footage into polished final products including sound, transitions, and effects.
  • Develop storyboards, visual concepts, and design assets for animations and videos.
  • Collaborate with writers, designers, and marketing teams to understand project requirements.
  • Ensure all animations and videos are consistent with branding and messaging.
  • Add voice-over, music, sound effects, and graphics as needed.
  • Optimize video content for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
  • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a 2D Animator and Video Editor or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in animation and video editing software such as:
  • Adobe After Effects
  • Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Adobe Animate
  • Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
  • Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, and motion.
  • Ability to tell compelling stories through video and animation.
  • Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Portfolio or demo reel showcasing previous animation and video editing work.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Animation, Media Arts, Film Production, or related field.
  • Experience in character animation, whiteboard animation, or motion graphics.
  • Knowledge of sound design and audio editing is a plus.
