Pharmacist (MIPS Program)

Pharmacist
to join our team and contribute to improving patient outcomes while meeting MIPS program requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and dispense medications with accuracy, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Provide patient counseling on medication use, side effects, and adherence.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to optimize medication therapy.
• Support MIPS program initiatives by maintaining accurate documentation and reporting.
• Monitor patient outcomes and contribute to quality improvement measures.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state pharmacy laws and organizational policies.
• Participate in audits, performance improvement, and data collection for MIPS reporting.

Qualifications

• B
  achelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid Pharmacist license.
• Minimum 2 years of experience
  in a pharmacy, clinical, or healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of MIPS requirements and healthcare quality measures (preferred).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and patient-care skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
