) – Trainee Program.

This program is designed for passionate learners who want to build a strong career in academic and technical writing within the field of Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research on engineering concepts, systems, tools, and emerging technologies.
• Assist in preparing technical documentation, reports, manuals, and analytical summaries.
• Translate complex engineering topics into clear, structured, and original content.
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to technical and academic standards.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and mentors for project guidance and revisions.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Recent graduates or final-year students in Electrical, Mechanical, Software, Industrial, or related Engineering fields.
• Strong interest in engineering research, documentation, and technical writing.
• Basic understanding of engineering principles, analytical tools, or programming (as applicable).
• Excellent written English and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Stipend

30,000/-RS per month during the trainee period.
