Experience : 7 years post-qualification experience in internal audit and risk advisory. Need experience in Big 4 (
. EY , PwC, KPMG, KPMG)
or equivalent global audit firm.
Qualification : Qualified CA / ACC / CIA
Salary : Tax free salary up to OMR 1200 PM all

Job Summary:
Highly motivated and experienced Internal Audit Manager to join our dynamic team in Oman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing internal audit engagements for our clients across various industries, ensuring the highest standards of risk management, compliance, and operational efficiency. This role offers exposure to international audit frameworks, client interaction at senior levels, and collaboration with cross-border teams.
Skills Required
· Strong knowledge of risk, internal controls, risk assessment, accounting controls, policies & procedures, governance
· Must have strong English communication skills (written & verbal, writing reports, client communications)
· Must have led teams and also be hands on in executing audits
· Must have dealt with Audit Committees and top management, including presentation of reports to them
· Plan, lead, and execute internal audit engagements from risk assessment to reporting.
· Develop audit programs and testing procedures relevant to risk and test objectives.
· Manage client relationships and communicate effectively with client senior management.
· Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management practices, and governance processes.
· Provide practical and value-added recommendations to improve client processes and controls.
· Supervise and mentor junior auditors and staff; review their work for quality and accuracy.
· Ensure timely and high-quality deliverables aligned with global audit standards.
· Proficiency with MS-Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
· Knowledge of ERP (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, etc.) would be an advantage
