Job Description:

Rough Copies is hiring a talented Architect with strong experience in society and real estate development projects. The ideal candidate should have expertise in designing residential & commercial layouts, planning infrastructure, and creating detailed architectural drawings.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop master plans, maps, and layouts for society projects
  • Prepare architectural drawings, 2D/3D models, and BOQs
  • Ensure designs comply with local laws, safety standards, and client requirements
  • Work closely with civil engineers and project managers for project execution
  • Conduct site visits and provide design adjustments when required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture
  • Experience in society/real estate development
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or related software
  • Strong visualization and design presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Timings: Monday to Saturday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100, Rs150,000.00 per month
