Site Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations for our ongoing projects in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will ensure that work is completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities. Monitor progress and ensure adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
- Manage labor, materials, and equipment effectively.
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, secure work environment.
- Liaise with project managers, contractors, and clients to resolve site issues.
- Prepare daily site reports and maintain accurate documentation.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in site supervision (construction or infrastructure projects preferred).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Sound knowledge of construction procedures and safety standards.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
