Job Overview

Sprint Digital is hiring a Creative Manager with a strong foundation in content strategy, brand communication, and cross-platform storytelling. Your role centers on guiding the strategic and narrative direction of client brands—ensuring every piece of communication is on-brand, insight-driven, and built for performance.

You'll oversee content planning, campaign concepts, messaging architecture, and strategic frameworks while working closely with designers, copywriters, strategists, and account managers. This is a leadership role for someone who can translate business objectives into compelling content systems and creative ideas that drive engagement and brand relevance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of monthly content calendars rooted in strategy, insights, and brand goals.
  • Define and maintain each brand's communication strategy, message pillars, tone of voice, and narrative direction.
  • Build campaign concepts, storytelling frameworks, and content structures that guide creative output.
  • Brief cross-functional teams (design, copy, production) with clarity, context, and actionable direction.
  • Review and approve content and messaging to ensure accuracy, cohesion, and brand alignment.
  • Work closely with account managers and clients to translate business needs into clear creative strategies.
  • Monitor performance data to identify content opportunities and optimize future output.
  • Stay ahead of digital, social, and cultural trends to inform fresh, relevant ideas.
  • Mentor junior content and strategy team members to strengthen overall creative thinking.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Communications, Marketing, Media, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of content strategy, brand communication, or creative leadership experience in an agency environment.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating content systems, strategic thinking, and campaign development (not design-focused).
  • Excellent communication skills in American English—writing, editing, and verbal clarity.
  • Familiarity with collaborative tools (Trello, ClickUp, Notion) and basic content management workflows.
  • Solid understanding of digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube) and content best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple brands, deadlines, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
