We are seeking a highly skilled Integration Specialist – System Analyst (Middleware) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise integration solutions using IBM middleware technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with IBM IIB, App Connect, MQ, and container orchestration platforms such as OpenShift and Kubernetes. Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, implement, and support integration solutions using IBM Integration Bus (IIB/ACE).

Develop integration flows using patterns, ESQL, DFDL, XML, and XSLT.

Handle message transformation using SOAP, HTTP, and JMS protocols.

Implement system integration based on event-driven architecture, pub-sub, and request-reply models.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver integration solutions.

Support production deployments and troubleshoot integration-related issues.


Technical Experience

4+ years of proven hands-on experience with IBM IIB 10.0, IBM App Connect, and IBM WebSphere MQ.

Strong understanding of integration architecture principles, system integration best practices, and high-availability design.

Experience with message flow development and administration in IBM IIB.

Exposure to OpenShift, DevOps practices, and monitoring tools such as ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana).

Understanding of API gateways (Kong, IBM API Connect) and DataPower for secure integration.


Preferred Qualifications

IIB Administration skills and IBM IIB certification.

Java development background.

Familiarity with Developer Portal and API lifecycle management.

Exposure to project management and SDLC methodologies.


Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to thrive under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
