Receptionist

We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will manage the front desk, handle incoming calls, greet visitors, and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support the office's daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
- Manage appointment schedules, meeting room bookings, and visitor logs.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office records.
- Provide information and assistance to clients, guests, and employees as required.
- Coordinate with HR/Admin departments for staff attendance, courier, and office supplies.
- Handle basic inquiries and redirect complex queries to appropriate departments.
Requirements:
- Intermediate (FA/FSc) with relevant experience.
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Representative, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Punctual, responsible, and able to handle confidential information.
