Marketing Manager
who can scale our brand, lead our go-to-market engine, and drive explosive user growth. This role is not for traditional marketers. It's for someone who knows how to create
breakout growth
. This is a
high-autonomy, high-impact
leadership role.

What we are looking for:

  • Has scaled a fintech app or consumer app
    (You understand the mechanics of app growth, CAC, retention, funnels, channels, and creative testing at a deep level)
  • Knows how to build an X-factor marketing engine
    (Not just campaigns — but narratives, hooks, positioning, virality loops, partnership funnels, growth mechanics)
  • Owns full Go-to-Market Strategy
    (Positioning, user segmentation, messaging, launch plan, brand voice, and multi-channel execution)
  • Lives in data and creativity simultaneously
    (You're analytical enough to optimize acquisition and creative enough to build campaigns that people talk about)
  • Can hack growth
    (Influencers, performance ads, community channels, UGC, PR angles, unconventional ideas — whatever it takes to win)
  • Delivers measurable results
    (Fast experiments. Fast learning. Fast iteration. You move quickly, but with discipline and precision.

What you'll own:

  • Full WealthNX growth pipeline
  • Paid ads (Meta, Google, TikTok, Apple Search)
  • Influencer & UGC strategy
  • Viral content strategy
  • App launch planning & execution
  • Performance analytics & funnel optimization
  • Brand storytelling + product positioning
  • Community building & retention loops
  • Experiments to unlock explosive growth
  • Creative direction for marketing assets (with design + 3D teams)

Required Experience:

  • 4–8+ years in growth marketing, ideally fintech or consumer apps
  • Bachelors in Marketing or related field
  • Proven record of scaling an app (downloads, MAUs, CAC reduction, virality)
  • Deep understanding of GTM frameworks
  • Strong understanding of data tools (GA4, Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, Firebase)
  • Experience managing creative teams or agencies
  • Strong cross-functional communication (product, design, AI teams)

Bonus Points

  • Experience in early-stage startups
  • You've led a major app launch
  • Experience in fintech, personal finance, banking, insurance, or credit
  • You've gone viral before — ideally more than once
  • You understand AI marketing angles
