Education & Migration Support Intern

3–6 months (with potential for a full-time role based on performance)

Key Responsibilities:

As an intern, you will:

  • Support the team in admission and enrolment processes
  • Handling incoming phone calls, directing them when necessary and taking messages within the established guidelines
  • Answering or referring inquiries about business operations, policies, or procedures
  • Help in preparing and organizing visa documents under guidance
  • Scheduling and following up with appointments
  • Assist consultant with initial information collection
  • Answering general queries in person, by telephone, or email
  • Maintain accurate client data and assist in case documentation
  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person (as needed)
  • Stay informed about migration trends and education policies
  • Perform general administrative and support tasks

Who We're Looking For:

  • Recently completed a graduate degree (any discipline)
  • Strong interest in migration, education consultancy, or international student services
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
  • A self-starter with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Tech-savvy with working knowledge of MS Office and basic digital tools
