We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Design Lead - Female to oversee our in-house creative team and drive the production of impactful visual content across digital and offline platforms. This role blends creative leadership with hands-on design and video execution, including the integration of emerging AI-powered tools.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the creative team across design and video projects
  • Conceptualize and create high-quality static, motion, and video assets
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand creative objectives
  • Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables
  • Incorporate AI tools to optimize creative workflows
  • Oversee the full creative process—from ideation to final delivery
  • Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing team culture
  • Manage timelines and prioritize multiple projects under pressure
  • Provide clear creative direction and mentorship to team members

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in creative design and video production
  • Proven track record of managing and leading creative teams
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of creative work
  • Deep understanding of branding, design principles, and digital trends

Skills

Design & Video Tools:

  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
  • Canva, CapCut
  • AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney or similar)
