JOB DESCRIPTION

A Full Stack Software Developer is required for providing support to in both front and back-end development.

The core responsibilities are:

Design and implement robust backend systems using .Net Core and other frameworks as required. This involves Back-End Development & System Integration, like building RESTful APIs for various servers/applications and database interactions to manage and process data securely. Besides, Integrating with other software and systems for data exchange and functionality enhancement.

Develop and maintain APIs for internal and external use.

Front-End Development, like designing user-friendly interfaces for data collection, ensuring accessibility and responsiveness across devices.

Manage databases, including schema design, query optimization, and data integrity.

Collaborate on frontend development with a good understanding of React.

Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.

Database Management, like designing and maintaining databases to efficiently store, retrieve, and manage data.

Testing and debugging, like conducting thorough testing to ensure reliability, performance, and user experience.

Deployment and Maintenance, like managing the deployment process and providing ongoing support and updates to the system.

Qualifications:

1) Education/Training

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software

Engineering, or a related field.

2) Language

  • English and Urdu at C1 level or above (based on CEFR levels)

3) General Professional Experience

  • 5 years of experience in Full Stack Development, including back-end and front-end development.

  • 3 years' experience in using .Net Core for building backend systems and RESTful

APIs.

  • 3 years' experience with system integration, working with databases, and developing

scalable systems.

4) 4) Specific Professional Experience

  • 3 years of experience in front-end development with a strong understanding of React for designing user interfaces.

  • 3 years' hands on experience in developing and maintaining APIs for both internal and

external use.

  • 5 years' experience in deploying applications, ensuring performance, scalability, and

maintaining system security.

1) Leadership/Management Experience

  • 2 years experience in leading technical development teams or managing software development projects

2) International professional experience outside the country/region of assignment

  • 2 years' experience working on international projects or remote teams.

3) Professional experience in the country/region of assignment

  • 3 years experience working in Pakistan as a full stack developer.

4) Development cooperation experience

  • 1 year of experience working in development projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150, Rs200,000.00 per month
