Android App Developer – Job Description

We are looking for a skilled
Android App Developer
who can design, build, and maintain high-quality mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Android development, clean coding practices, and the ability to deliver reliable apps on time.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Android applications using Flutter or React-native
  • Integrate APIs, third-party libraries, and backend services
  • Work with UI/UX teams to implement clean and responsive designs
  • Optimize applications for performance, speed, and scalability
  • Debug, test, and resolve application bugs or crashes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new features and improvements
  • Publish apps on Google Play Store and manage updates
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Android app development
  • Strong knowledge of Flutter or React-native
  • Experience with Android SDK, Jetpack, and MVVM architecture
  • Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and backend integrations
  • Familiarity with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Functions, Notifications)
  • Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles
  • Experience with Git or other version control tools
  • Ability to handle complete app lifecycle from development to deployment
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

Skills

  • Experience with Flutter or React Native
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience with offline-first apps and caching
  • Understanding of Google Play policies and publishing standards
