About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media & Marketing Manager preferably female, with at least 3 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and deeply passionate about digital storytelling, community eng, This role requires someone with strong communication skills, aesthetic sense, and the ability to manage multiple social platforms while delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement result-driven social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
  • Create monthly content calendars, captions, and publishing schedules.
  • Manage day-to-day social media operations, including posting, community engagement, replies, and inbox management.
  • Coordinate with the design, video, and content teams to produce high-quality and engaging posts, reels, and stories.
  • Analyze performance metrics using tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and other social media analytics platforms.
  • Optimize content for reach, growth, and engagement based on data-driven insights.
  • Monitor trends, competitors, and industry news to adapt strategies effectively.
  • Plan and execute paid social media campaigns when needed.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers, creators, and brand partners.
  • Ensure brand tone, voice, and guidelines are consistently followed across all digital communication.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Social Media Management.
  • Strong understanding of content creation, storytelling, and platform-specific best practices.
  • Experience working with creative teams and managing cross-functional workflows.
  • Proficiency with scheduling and analytics tools (Meta Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to stay organized, manage deadlines, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail, trends, and audience insights.
  • Team management skill matters a lot here.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in digital marketing, branding, or agency environments.
  • Basic knowledge of Canva or Adobe Suite for content coordination.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing and campaign management.
  • Understanding of social media algorithms and growth strategies.
