As part of our global expansion, We are currently seeking a detail oriented and reliable Bookkeeper / Accountant to join our growing team.
About the Role:
As a Bookkeeper / Accountant at Greenovative Solutions Inc., you will play a vital role in supporting our financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all accounting procedures. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, proactive, and passionate about working in a dynamic and environmentally driven company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process
- Reconcile bank, credit card, vendor, and customer accounts
- Maintain general ledgers and prepare journal entries as needed
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital or paper)
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g. Odoo is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of Canadian tax regulations is an asset
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
