Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Order Booker, located in Mardan Cantonment. The Order Booker will be responsible for managing and processing customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment. The role includes daily communication with customers to confirm orders, address inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service. Other tasks include maintaining records of orders, analyzing data to improve processes, and ensuring adherence to company policies and guidelines.
