About the Role

Classic Programmers is hiring a skilled
Odoo Developer

who can bring technical precision and business logic together. The role involves working on custom module development, system integrations, performance optimization, and deployment for Odoo versions
v15–v19

.

You'll be working closely with our ERP functional team to deliver robust, secure, and compliant solutions that meet international standards including
ZATCA, VAT, ISO 9001, and ISO 27001

.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, clean code, and scalable architecture.

Key Responsibilities
1. Development & Customization

  • Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules (v15–v19) based on project requirements.
  • Write clean, modular, and reusable code in
    Python

,
Odoo ORM

,
XML

, and
JavaScript

.
- Create dashboards, reports, and automation scripts to improve efficiency.
- Follow Odoo's best development practices to ensure performance and maintainability.

2. Integration & API Development

  • Build and maintain secure integrations with third-party systems (CRM, HR, accounting, or payment gateways).
  • Develop RESTful APIs for data synchronization and interoperability.
  • Ensure all integrations comply with security frameworks like
    ISO 27001

.

3. Configuration & Deployment

  • Configure modules, workflows, and user roles in Odoo.
  • Manage testing, debugging, data migration, and deployment using
    Git

- Participate in UAT and go-live phases, ensuring smooth delivery and issue resolution.

4. Collaboration & Analysis

  • Work with the Functional Consultant and project teams to translate business logic into technical solutions.
  • Validate requirements, propose improvements, and communicate with end-users to ensure accuracy and usability.

5. Support & Continuous Improvement

  • Handle post-implementation support, bug fixes, and version upgrades.
  • Optimize performance and suggest system enhancements to improve scalability and stability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Computer Science

Software Engineering

, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in
Odoo ERP development (v15–v19 preferred)

- Strong command of
