Job Title: R&D Specialist

Reporting To: Head of R&D / Technical Director

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled R&D Engineer with a strong background in electronics to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying market needs, developing new products, testing prototypes, arranging technical training, and preparing detailed technical reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market requirements and propose innovative product solutions.

Design and develop new electronic products and improve existing ones in line with customer needs and industry trends.

Test and validate prototypes for functionality, performance, and durability.

Prepare detailed reports on testing outcomes, product performance, and design recommendations.

Coordinate with production, quality, and marketing teams during product development lifecycle.

Manage R&D projects, timelines, and documentation efficiently using project management tools.

Arrange and conduct technical training sessions for internal teams and external partners.

Stay updated with new technologies and industry developments relevant to the field.

Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards and safety regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).

Proven experience of 1 to 2 years in R&D or product development, preferably in the electronics or energy sector.

Proficient in PLC programming and C++.

Hands-on experience with prototype testing tools and techniques.
