About the Role:

We're looking for a motivated DevOps Engineer to join our SCM team and help shape our cloud and on-prem infrastructure. You'll work across Azure, AWS, and Kubernetes environments - building, automating, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and environments for scale and reliability. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work in greenfield and existing data center setups, thrives in automation, and wants to grow in modern cloud-native DevOps practices.

What You'll Do:

  • Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for cloud and on-prem systems.
  • Build and maintain Kubernetes clusters using Helm, YAML, and Git-based workflows.
  • Work with Terraform (or equivalent) to define and manage infrastructure as code.
  • Collaborate with developers and SCM teams to streamline build, release, and deployment processes.
  • Manage and monitor automation tools for deployment, monitoring, and operational efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development, testing, and production environments.
  • Recommend improvements for scalability, reliability, and performance.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, Cloud Engineer, or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure and AWS cloud platforms.
  • Proficient in Kubernetes, Helm, and YAML.
  • Familiar with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI).
  • Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar).
  • Good scripting ability in Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
  • Solid understanding of Git workflows, release management, and automation practices.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; able to handle multiple projects effectively.

Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to on-premises data centers and hybrid setups.
  • Experience with Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
  • Working knowledge of databases and basic SQL.
