We're a digital agency working on various e-commerce and performance marketing projects, helping clients grow their online presence and revenue through paid advertising. We're currently looking for a skilled and experienced
Media Buyer
to join our team on a
part-time basis.

As part of our media team, you'll be responsible for running and optimizing advertising campaigns across
Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok,
focusing on conversions, performance tracking, and reporting. You will work during evening hours to coordinate with our global campaigns and content production cycle.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Create and test ad creatives (text, image, and video formats) aligned with campaign goals.
  • Conduct detailed audience and competitor research to identify high-converting targeting strategies.
  • Monitor ad performance and make data-driven decisions to scale or refine campaigns.
  • Analyze KPIs such as CPC, CTR, CPM, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
  • Prepare weekly performance reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with platform changes, trends, and ad policies.
  • Coordinate with content creators/designers to ensure timely delivery of creative assets.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven running paid ad campaigns on
    Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Familiarity with funnel strategies (cold, warm, retargeting audiences).
  • Experience with pixel tracking, custom conversions, and event optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using ad performance tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Good communication and reporting skills.
  • Fast and stable internet connection.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience
    with e-commerce, dropshipping and lead generation ad campaigns.
  • Creative insight to suggest ideas for hooks, UGC content, and ad variations.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Canva, or video editing platforms is a plus.
