Job Title: Female Sports Teacher

Reports To: School Principal / Academic Coordinator

Job Purpose:

To plan, organize, and deliver physical education and sports programs that promote fitness, discipline, teamwork, and a healthy lifestyle among students, while fostering interest and participation in sports at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging Physical Education (PE) lessons in line with the school curriculum.
  • Train, coach, and supervise students in various indoor and outdoor sports activities.
  • Organize inter-house, inter-school, and external sports competitions and tournaments.
  • Foster teamwork, sportsmanship, and discipline in all sporting activities.
  • Ensure safety and proper use of sports equipment and facilities.
  • Assess students' performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Maintain discipline and encourage inclusivity and participation of all students.
  • Identify and nurture talent for school sports teams.
  • Promote physical fitness, wellness, and awareness of healthy lifestyle choices.
  • Prepare reports and maintain records of student participation and achievements.

Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Sciences, or a related field.
  • Previous experience as a PE teacher or sports coach preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of rules, techniques, and skills in multiple sports.
  • Excellent communication and motivational skills.
  • Ability to manage groups of students with patience and authority.
  • Commitment to promoting gender equality in sports and encouraging female student participation.

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Ability to inspire teamwork, resilience, and fair play.
  • First aid certification (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs40,000.00 per month
