To strengthen our development lifecycle, we are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Mid-Level SQA Engineer to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts (manual & automated).
- Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing across web and mobile applications.
- Ensure fintech/trading platforms meet accuracy, reliability, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with developers, project managers, and business analysts to ensure quality across SDLC.
- Log, track, and manage defects using Jira/Notion or similar tools.
- Conduct API testing, database validation, and cross-platform testing (iOS/Android).
- Work with CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and faster deployments.
- Document test results and provide clear quality metrics and reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in software testing (manual + automation).
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, SDLC, and Agile processes.
- Experience with tools such as Selenium, JMeter, Postman, Appium.
- Proficiency in SQL queries for data validation.
- Familiarity with SVN /Git version control and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Experience
- Background in fintech, trading systems, or enterprise applications.
- Exposure to security and compliance testing (ISO/PCI standards).
- Knowledge of cloud environments like AWS/Azure.
