As a Sales Person, you'll represent our brand on the floor, assist customers, manage product displays, and ensure every shopper enjoys a great experience.

Shift Timings:

  • Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM
  • Day Off: Any one day (Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Maintain a clean, well-organized sales floor and display area.
  • Process sales and handle cash/POS transactions accurately.
  • Meet daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Restock shelves and ensure product availability.
  • Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Intermediate (Bachelor's preferred).
  • Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Presentable, energetic, and confident personality.
  • Must be punctual, reliable, and team-oriented.
  • Flexible to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
