Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and record-keeping.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent qualification.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in front desk or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
