About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented
Processing Officer
 with expertise in
Finland and France study visa applications
. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a professional camera presence for social media platforms, and the ability to handle documentation and student case files efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process study visa applications for Finland and France.
  • Guide students through the entire visa application process with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and partner institutions.
  • Ensure timely submission of all documents and compliance with visa regulations.
  • Camera presence for Social Media Platforms are MANDATORY
    .

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    2 years of relevant experience
     in study visa processing.
  • Bachelor's degree
     (any discipline, preferably related to education or administration).
  • Excellent
    verbal and written communication skills
    .
  • Strong
    camera presence
     for Social Media Platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure.
