Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Incharge located in Faisalabad. The Store Incharge will be responsible for managing daily store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling customer service issues, and maintaining inventory. Additional responsibilities include staff supervision, implementing retail loss prevention measures, and ensuring the overall efficient functioning of the store.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Experience in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention
  • Ability to manage and supervise a team
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Previous experience in a retail or similar environment is a plus
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications
