Pakistan Quranic online Classes Full time 150,000 - 250,000 per year

We are hiring a female supervisor to manage our online Quran classes on a part-time basis. In addition to class supervision, the candidate will also handle basic social media management and SEO tasks. The ideal candidate should have good communication, organizational, and technical skills to ensure smooth academic operations and contribute to our online growth.

Responsibilities: Class Supervision

  • Oversee daily Quran classes and ensure smooth and timely operations.
  • Supervise teachers and maintain high-quality teaching standards.
  • Monitor students' academic progress and homework.
  • Coordinate schedules between teachers and students.
  • Communicate with parents and students to resolve any issues.
  • Maintain attendance, performance records, and reports.

Digital Media & SEO

  • Manage official social media accounts.
  • Create and schedule basic content.
  • Respond to messages, comments, and queries.
  • Apply basic SEO practices to improve online visibility.
  • Support in small-scale online campaigns.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Female candidates only.
  • Married candidates are not eligible.
  • Must have completed Dars-e-Nizami or an equivalent Islamic Studies program (students are not eligible).
  • Must reside in Lahore or nearby areas (other cities not considered).
  • Strong command of English (spoken and written).
  • Must have a laptop and a stable internet connection.
  • Must be able to visit Lahore once for document submission.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficiency in Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong leadership and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of social media management and SEO.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.

Job Details:

  • Work Schedule: 8:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
  • Saturday or Sunday: One full working day (the final day will be decided later). These days usually have fewer back-to-back classes, but your availability will be required for any scheduled sessions.
  • Location: Remote (Lahore-based candidates only)
  • Job Type: Part-time, Contract (12 months)
  • Salary: Rs. 15,000/month
