Experience & Skill Requirements:
• 10-15 years of procurement experience, both local and international, with a degree in Business or Engineering.
• Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems is essential.
• Experience in a manufacturing setting is highly desirable.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially in managing diverse, multicultural stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage follow up tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Procure materials, contracts, and services in line with lead times and specifications, ensuring competitive pricing.
• Conduct market analysis, cost reviews, and negotiations to optimize costs and implement cost-reduction strategies across assigned categories.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Operations Teams to identify material substitutes for cost reduction, quality enhancement, or standardization of parts.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials by monitoring lead times and transportation durations for both local and imported goods.
• Maintain quality standards by regularly auditing pre-qualified vendors.
• Monitor material rejection rates and address quality deviations with suppliers. Internal
