About the Role

Cplus Soft is looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Creative Designer who can be creative in graphics designing and have good grip on video making and editing. In this role, you will be responsible for producing a wide range of digital assets that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. From static social media creatives to web graphics, brochures, presentations, and UI assets. Your work will visually communicate our message to a diverse audience.

You will collaborate closely with content writers, UI/UX designers, and marketing leads to produce visually engaging and strategically sound creatives. The ideal candidate is comfortable taking a brief, developing concepts, iterating based on feedback, and delivering polished assets on time.

This role demands not just technical design skills but also a strong understanding of branding, layout, composition, and digital media aesthetics, especially for technology and IT-related content.

Responsibilities

  • Design high-quality graphics for social media posts, carousels, ads, emails, and landing pages
  • Create visual assets for blogs, case studies, product overviews, and client presentations
  • Shoot shorts, highlights, reels, pod casts, animations etc. and edit them for final release
  • Collaborate with content team to translate briefs into visuals that align with messaging
  • Maintain design consistency across all projects in line with brand identity and tone
  • Develop layouts for documents, proposals, and digital publications
  • Prepare print-ready files for brochures, flyers, and branded materials as needed
  • Optimize images and visuals for web performance and responsiveness
  • Manage multiple design tasks with attention to detail and timely delivery

Requirements

  • 2-3 year of experience as a graphic designer, preferably in a digital agency or marketing team
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Figma, Canva, Capcut and Adobe Premier.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative work across formats and platforms
  • Understanding of design principles including composition, color theory, typography, and spacing
  • Ability to adapt designs to different formats and platforms (web, social, mobile, print)
  • Familiarity with branding, content marketing, and visual storytelling in a business context
  • Strong communication skills and ability to receive and apply feedback constructively
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50, Rs100,000.00 per month
