Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Management

:

• Develop and implement optimization strategies to increase website rankings on search engines.
• Manage client websites daily to ensure optimal performance and alignment with SEO goals.
• Oversee and execute SEO migrations during new website developments or site migrations.

On-Page & Off-Page SEO

:

• Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing.
• Write compelling and high-quality SEO titles, meta descriptions, and tags.
• Conduct ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.

Content & Collaboration

:

• Work closely with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and marketing efforts.
• Research SEO keywords to integrate into client websites effectively.
• Collaborate with the web development team to ensure SEO best practices are correctly implemented throughout the site.

Performance Monitoring & Analysis

:

• Monitor daily performance metrics to measure the success of SEO strategies.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Recommend updates to website architecture, content, internal linking, and other factors to enhance SEO performance.

Trend Monitoring

:

• Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry tools.

Tools & Reporting:

• Expertise in Google Search Console.
• SEMrush (Google Analytics is a plus).

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience

:

• 1–2 years of experience developing and executing successful SEO campaigns.

Technical Expertise

:

• Solid understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking methods, and performance marketing.
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as
  Ahrefs

,
SEMrush

,
Google Analytics

,
Google Search Console

, and
Screaming Frog

.
- Familiarity with website analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, HubSpot).

Content Management

:

• Experience with
  WordPress

or other content management systems.
- Strong writing and editing skills in English to create and refine SEO-friendly content.

Collaboration & Organization

:

• Ability to coordinate with multiple remote teams and senior team members.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with web developers, designers, and marketing teams.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Skills (Preferred)

:

• Knowledge of schema markup and structured data implementation.
• Familiarity with Core Web Vitals and technical SEO audits.
• Experience with local SEO and optimizing for Google My Business.

Working Hours

This is a remote position with work hours aligned to
Eastern Standard Time (EST)

: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- PKT (Pakistan)

: 7:30 PM – 3:30 AM
- PST (Philippines)

: 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM
- Dhaka (Bangladesh)

: 8:30 PM – 4:30 AM

Job Experience Required

• Minimum:
  1–3 years of experience

in SEO or a related field.
