CG Artist

Cherry Byte Technologies is looking for CG Artist people who can bring creativity, experience, and leadership to the table.

Responsibilities:

• Create concept art for game assets such as screenshots and game icons.
• Design 3D models (modeling, texturing, and rigging) in diverse styles for real-time rendering
• Collaborate with team members of other disciplines (e.g. developers) to make needed adjustments to the production pipeline and art assets
• Be a motivating leader to co-workers

Required Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in post-production of screenshots and icons
• Strong understanding of video games and the art-creation process
• A good eye (or two) for art, and the ability to make subtle distinctions between good models and textures
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent skills in Maya or 3D Max or Photoshop and Unity is must
• Excellent art fundamentals knowledge

Nice to have:

• BS/MS degree in Game Design/Art or relevant
• Passionate Gamer
