About the Role

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior React Native Developer, with occasional in-person collaboration. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining our cross-platform mobile application—a white-label e-commerce solution that powers dispensary experiences across iOS and Android. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate user requirements into robust and efficient mobile code, ensuring optimal performance and user experience. This is a hands-on role where you'll own features end-to-end, debug and improve current applications, implement polished user interfaces, and stay up-to-date with emerging technologies in the React Native ecosystem.

What You'll Do

•      Build and maintain features in our React Native codebase using TypeScript

•      Architect scalable state management solutions with Redux, Thunk, and Redux-Persist

•      Develop and prepare builds for release, coordinating with support for TestFlight and Google Play deployment

•      Integrate and maintain third-party services including Sentry, OneSignal, and mapping APIs

•      Work with CI/CD pipelines for multi-environment builds (dev, staging, production)

•      Collaborate with product and design to deliver polished e-commerce experiences

•      Support our white-label architecture and CMS-driven customization system

Required Qualifications

• years of professional React Native development experience

•      Strong TypeScript proficiency with strict typing practices

•      Deep experience with Redux and complex state management patterns

•      Hands-on iOS build experience (Xcode, CocoaPods, code signing, provisioning profiles)

•      Hands-on Android build experience (Gradle, keystores, signing configurations)

•      Experience with RESTful API integration and JWT authentication flows

•      Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Bitrise, Fastlane, or similar)

Preferred Qualifications

•      Experience building e-commerce or retail mobile applications

•      Background with white-label or multi-tenant architectures

•      Working knowledge of React Navigation v6 and deep linking

•      Experience with Sentry and OneSignal integrations

•      Track record of successful App Store and Google Play submissions

Bonus Points

•      Experience in the cannabis or regulated industry

•      Knowledge of location-based services and geofencing

•      Experience with push notification strategies and user engagement

•      Contributions to our shared component library architecture
