We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team at Icon Plus Industries (Pvt.) Ltd.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as required.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
- Provide basic administrative support (filing, photocopying, scanning, data entry).
- Coordinate with other departments for administrative needs.
- Ensure compliance with office security and safety procedures.
- Manage office supplies and keep stock records updated.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or intermediate qualification .
- Proven work experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional attitude with the ability to multitask.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
