Location:

Lahore,Job Summary:The eCommerce Content Coordinator will be responsible for managing day-to-day site updates across multiple storefronts for The Children's Place and Gymboree. The role will also play a critical part in launching personalization on the website, responsible for managing asset launches and QA. A successful candidate must be comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and possess strong organization and communication skills.
Responsibilities:

Key Accountabilities:

  • Partner with Planning, Merchandising and Creative to create content calendar across multiple sites
  • Proactively manage and maintain these content calendars, ensuring accuracy at all times
  • Perform UAT and QA on all assets to ensure accuracy of images, copy, pricing and links
  • Partner cross-functionally on resourcing in order to hit asset handoff deadlines to launch on time
  • Work closely with internal partners to identify and resolve site inaccuracies
  • Analyze performance of site content and make recommendations for go-forward strategies
  • Key player in launch of site personalization which will introduce multiple asset variations across the site
     

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 0-1 years of experience in interactive project management or website quality assurance
  • Experience using content management tools a plus

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management and cross-functional partners

  • Must be detail-oriented with an ability to effectively prioritize workload
