Client Interaction Officer

Job Overview

The Client Interaction Officer is responsible for engaging with clients, explaining company services, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a smooth communication flow between the client and our team. This role helps build trust, improve customer satisfaction, and support clients throughout their journey with our company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings.
  • Explain company services, processes, and offerings in a clear and professional manner.
  • Handle client inquiries and guide them towards the right solutions.
  • Maintain client records, conversation notes, and follow-up schedules.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (development, marketing, operations) to relay client requirements.
  • Provide timely updates to clients about their ongoing tasks or service status.
  • Build strong relationships with clients through polite and proactive communication.
  • Escalate technical or complex issues to relevant departments.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and maintain a positive client experience.

Required Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident in speaking on calls and explaining services.
  • Good listening, understanding, and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic knowledge of IT or software services (training will be provided).
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client interactions.
  • Professional attitude and customer-friendly behavior.

Education & Experience

  • Intermediate / Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • Fresh candidates or 6 months experience in customer support/communication are encouraged to apply.
