We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 6 months to 1 year of experience to support our branding, marketing, and web design initiatives. In this role, you'll collaborate with our development and marketing teams to craft visually compelling assets, including website designs, that align with client visions and brand guidelines. If you have a keen eye for aesthetics and a flair for digital and web design, this is your opportunity to grow in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and produce high-quality graphics, including logos, banners, social media assets, brochures, and website visuals.
  • Design user-friendly websites, including layouts, wireframes, and prototypes using tools like Figma.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop mood boards and ensure seamless integration of designs into web projects.
  • Edit and retouch images, illustrations, and layouts using industry-standard tools.
  • Ensure all designs, including websites, are consistent with brand identity and optimized for various digital platforms.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input on project concepts.
  • Manage multiple deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in graphic design, with some exposure to website design, preferably in a digital agency or freelance capacity.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma for web design.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and responsive design principles.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Portfolio showcasing relevant work, including website designs (required during application).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with motion graphics or advanced UI/UX design tools.
  • Knowledge of print design principles.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for web integration.
