Responsibilities: Warehouse Operations Management
• Lead day-to-day operations including receiving, storing, dispatching, and transferring of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
• Maintain optimal warehouse layout and space utilization.
• Ensure timely and accurate dispatches to retail outlets and distributors. Inventory Control & Accuracy
• Ensure accurate stock keeping through regular cycle counts and full physical inventories.
• Investigate and resolve stock variances, damages, and discrepancies.
• Coordinate with the planning and procurement teams to maintain optimal inventory levels. Logistics & Distribution Coordination
• Coordinate with internal logistics and 3PL service providers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor vehicle turnaround time and dispatch efficiency.
• Support distribution planning for retail outlets based on sales forecasts and replenishment needs. Reporting & Documentation
• Maintain accurate documentation for all inward and outward movements.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on inventory levels, stock ageing, dispatch performance, and warehouse KPIs. Compliance & Safety
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards within the warehouse.
• Implement 5S and other warehouse efficiency and cleanliness practices.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality checks, and internal audit requirements. Team Supervision & Training
• Lead and supervise warehouse staff including supervisors, pickers, loaders, and forklift operators.
• Conduct training for warehouse teams on safety, systems, and operational procedures.
• Monitor team performance and ensure a disciplined and productive environment. Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a retail or manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and distribution processes. Key Skills & Competencies:
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.
• Proficiency in warehouse software and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and warehouse best practices.

Pay: From Rs350,000.00 per month
