Responsibilities:
  • Achieve monthly targets for new customer acquisition (NTB), existing customer growth (ETB), inward remittances, deposit mobilization, and cross-selling.
  • Acquire and manage relationships with IT companies and freelancers to drive portfolio growth and increase remittance volumes.
  • Identify customer needs and cross-sell tailored banking solutions such as employee banking, HBL Pay, IPG, digital invoicing, lending product etc.
  • Conduct structured customer visits to strengthen relationships and uncover new business opportunities.
  • Ensure daily updates of meetings and outcomes in the call report system.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and ensure end-to-end resolution of their banking needs.
  • Ensure 100% compliance in CIF/eCIF and KYC/eKYC maintenance with timely periodic reviews for both individuals and entities.
  • Maintain healthy portfolio activity by ensuring the assigned percentage of active accounts is met as per KPI targets.
  • Ensure adherence to internal governance and regulatory compliance requirements at all times.
Qualifications:Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Minimum experience:
  • 3+ years in relationship management, sales, or retail/corporate banking (preferably in freelancer/IT sectors).
